Obviously at $100/yr. Live would offer much more than its current state. Maby cable tv channels, video conferencing globally through natal to PC's and video phones, enhanced graphics like with "onLive", ...who knows.
Maybe it will be Live Silver: Free, Live Gold: $50/yr., Live Platinum: $100/yr. Perhaps this is for the Xbox 3.

Microsoft will launch a new Sleek and Slim black xBox 360 packaged with Natal. This might be wishful thinking tho.
I think Natal will be packaged with a new slim version of 360 since Microsoft said they are going to treat the natal launch as if it were a new system altogether. Price will most likely be $299.99. Maybe they will even try to tout the quality of the new hardware (hopefully all issues will be resolved by then). Fresh new face for 360.
Would be nice if they created a system that would play Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii games. Doubt that would happen tho...O well.

I think Microsoft will reduce the price of the Elite in the near future by about $50.
Right now you can buy a Arcade + 120 GB hard drive for $349. And you will have a Memory Card.
Does Elite come with a year of Live or something?
Most DVD's/HD Movies are not in 4:3 anymore.
It cost like $50.00 to manufacture a Wii. Nintendo can drop the price when they see fit. Right now the demand still seems high...no need to drop price.
If there does come a time where demands gets low for Wii, they can lower the price and come out with shinny new color-full HD Wii's and Nintendo fans will flock to upgrade.
I think Microsoft originally wanted to team up with Sega in the beginning. But Sega refused. Sega did have Windows CE or perhaps some other version of Windows...it is written on the front of the Dreamcast.
Microsoft figured they will just build there own console and slapped together the original Xbox with over the counter parts...great system tho. There are allot of similarities in the two consoles. Wonder if Sega's online network still works...use to play Outtrigger online all...

It was obvious from the beginning that the Arcade would be $199.99. That was the entire reason for the hard drive less arcade version. With the 1st Xbox, MS was unable to match the $129.99 price tag of the PS2 and they blamed it mostly on the fact of the costly HDD.

OK. PS3 has been out for about 2 years and has already seen a $100 price drop on both SKU's.
Xbox 360 has been out about 3 years and only after this upcoming price drop will 360 have dropped $100 on both SKU's.
RROD is almost guaranteed.
